Domaine Prieuré Roch presents this Savigny-lès-Beaune 2022, a Pinot Noir with aromas of red fruits and delicate spices. Grown biodynamically on clay-limestone soils, it captivates with its freshness and chalky tannins. To be savored from 2025 onwards with grilled meats or cheeses.

Nestled in the heart of Burgundy, this family estate embodies the alliance between winemaking tradition and respect for living nature. Since 1988, it has cultivated the art of revealing the purity of Burgundian terroirs.
- Terroir : Carefully selected plots in the Côte de Beaune, where clay-limestone soils and privileged exposures shape wines of mineral elegance.
- Vinification : A biodynamic approach with minimal intervention to preserve the authentic expression of Pinot Noir and the terroir.
Tasting notes for the wine Domaine Prieuré Roch Savigny-lès-Beaune Dessus les Gollardes 2022
To the eye – A ruby robe with garnet highlights, of a silky clarity, heralding a wine that is both precise and vibrant.
On the nose – A fresh and deep bouquet in which wild strawberry, tangy rhubarb, a hint of nutmeg and dried flowers intertwine, lifted by a subtle saline note and a touch of black tea.
On the palate – A velvety yet taut texture, carried by a lively acidity and chalky tannins that structure a long, fragrant finish, where aromas of red fruits and gentle spices unfold.
To be served between 14 and 16°C, in a Burgundy glass to bring out its full complexity.
2022 Vintage
A vintage marked by balance, where the ripeness of the fruit is paired with a mineral freshness, offering a wine that is both approachable and endowed with a beautiful tension.
- Aging Potential : To be enjoyed now, but capable of improving until 2028–2030, provided it is stored under optimal conditions (stable temperature, away from light).
