The Clos Goillotte 2022 from Domaine Prieuré Roch, a monopole of 0.55 hectares in Vosne-Romanée, is a Pinot Noir aged 18 months in new barrels. It captivates with its aromas of violet and wild strawberry, its silky palate and vibrant minerality. Perfect from 2028 onwards with milk-fed lamb or pan-fried ceps.
Domaine Prieuré Roch
Nestled in the heart of the Côte de Nuits, this exceptional estate perpetuates the legacy of Henry-Frédéric Roch, an emblematic figure of Burgundy.
- Terroir: legendary biodynamic parcels, where the limestone and clay-chalk soils of Vosne-Romanée sculpt wines of rare precision.
- Vinification: a minimalist approach, where whole bunches reveal the purity of Pinot Noir without artifice.

Tasting notes for Domaine Prieuré Roch Vosne-Romanée Clos Goillotte 2022
In the glass – a garnet red robe with silky highlights, of a crystalline density, like a ruby cut in the light.
On the nose – an airy bouquet where fresh rose petals, wild violets and peony intermingle, before crunchy wild strawberry, tangy raspberry and then a mineral touch of flint and damp forest floor emerge.
On the palate – a velvety, almost liquid texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality that stretch the wine toward a saline, long and aerially elegant finish.
Serve at 16°C in a Burgundy glass to release its most delicate aromas.
2022 Vintage
A vintage marked by early ripeness and a perfect balance between freshness and concentration, ideal for this Vosne-Romanée of rare finesse.
- Aging potential: to be enjoyed between 2028 and 2048, stored away from light and temperature variations (12–14°C).
