The Savigny-lès-Beaune 2020 Blanc from Domaine Prieuré Roch reveals the minerality of the limestone soils of its climat. This Chardonnay, fresh and lively, offers aromas of citrus and white flowers, a silky palate and a saline finish. Perfect with fish or cheeses, it can be cellared for 5 to 8 years.

To the eye: Robe of a pale gold with green highlights, of a silky clarity, like a veil of light over the Burgundian hillsides.
On the nose: Aromas of white flowers and lime intertwine with notes of flint and fresh hazelnut, carried by a saline touch that evokes the breezes of the heights of Savigny.
On the palate: A taut and precise texture, where a lively acidity engages in dialogue with a chalky minerality, giving way to a long, saline finish imbued with purity.
Serve between 12 and 14°C in a white Burgundy glass to bring out its tension and complexity.
