The Savigny-lès-Beaune Dessus les Gollardes 2023, a Pinot Noir from Domaine Prieuré Roch, draws its elegance from the clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Beaune. Fruity and mineral, it offers a balanced palate, both tender and lively. Ideal with roasted meats or cheeses, it can be cellared for 5 to 8 years.

Tasting notes for Domaine Prieuré Roch Savigny-lès-Beaune Dessus les Gollardes 2023
In the glass – A ruby robe with garnet highlights, of a silky and luminous texture, like liquid velvet capturing the light of the hillsides.
On the nose – Aromas of griotte cherry, fresh violet and wild blackberry, lifted by a touch of licorice and a subtle chalky salinity, evoking the limestone soils of its terroir.
On the palate – A lively and precise attack, where the acidic tension embraces a fleshy and silky substance, carried by fine tannins and a mineral finish, of saline and persistent length.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.
Vintage 2023
A vintage marked by balanced ripeness, where freshness and concentration respond to each other in harmony, offering a wine of great precision.
- Aging potential: To be enjoyed now or cellared for 8 to 10 years under optimal conditions (cool and humid cellar).
