Nestled in the heart of Chablis, this family estate has embodied exacting standards and faithfulness to an exceptional terroir since 1948.
- Terroir: Kimmeridgian soils, rich in marine fossils, imparting a chalky minerality and a unique saline tension to the wines.
- Vinification: Gentle pressing, fermentation in old oak barrels and aging on fine lees for a pure and precise expression of Chardonnay.
