To the eye: Deep red robe with garnet highlights, of a velvety texture and a crystalline brilliance.
On the nose: Aromas of candied morello cherry, blood orange and fresh lavender, followed by deeper notes of cherry stone and liquorice, all lifted by a subtle chalky salinity.
On the palate: An ample and silky attack, carried by a lively acidity and a saline minerality, leading to a long and taut finish, where dark fruits and gentle spices mingle.
Serve between 16 and 18°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to reveal its full complexity.

A generous and balanced vintage, where the summer heat ripened the grapes without diminishing their freshness, yielding a wine that is both rich and precise.
