Trévallon 2023, an IGP Alpilles wine, blends Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grown on limestone soils. Aged in large oak casks, it offers notes of blackcurrant, spice, and garrigue. Dense and mineral on the palate, with elegant tannins. Perfect with braised meats after an hour of decanting.
Nestled in the heart of the Alpilles, this wine estate has embodied the union of a unique terroir and a bold vision of viticulture since 1973.
- Terroir: Stony limestone and clay soils, bathed in the Mediterranean climate of the Alpilles—a setting that gives the wines chalky minerality and characteristic tension.
- Winemaking: A natural, respectful approach, from whole clusters to indigenous yeasts, for cuvées of rare purity and depth.
