Discover Leclerc Briant 1er Cru Extra Brut, an exceptional cuvée from Maison Leclerc Briant, established in Épernay since 1872 and a pioneer of biodynamic viticulture in Champagne. This estate, which cultivates 14 hectares of Grands Crus and Premiers Crus such as Hautvillers and Rilly-la-Montagne, combines tradition and respect for nature to produce champagnes of rare elegance.
This Extra Brut champagne is distinguished by a light dosage of 3 g/l, revealing incomparable purity and freshness. Its harmonious blend combines 70% Pinot Noir for structure, 15% Pinot Meunier for roundness and 15% Chardonnay for finesse, partly vinified in wood for added complexity. Aged on lees, it gains in depth and character.
To the eye, its pale gold color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, pastry-like aromas of brioche and hazelnut intertwine with fruity notes of warm apple and a hint of iodine. On the palate, it offers a silky texture, lemony acidity and a mineral finish, evoking chalk and saline freshness. Ideal as an aperitif or with seafood, this champagne embodies Leclerc Briant's biodynamic excellence.
