The Pascal Agrapart Vénus Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Brut Nature 2018, born in Avize, is a terroir champagne aged in barrels without dosage. Its notes of white fruits, chalky minerality and silky tension make it a vibrant and precise cuvée. To be savored until 2028 with shellfish or grilled fish.
A family estate rooted in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, where time is measured in generations of winegrowers and in meticulously tended plots.
- Terroir: Chalky soils of Avize, Grand Cru de Champagne, where minerality expresses itself with rare purity.
- Vinification: Absolute respect for the fruit, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging in barrels for champagnes of vibrant tension.
Tasting notes for the Champagne Pascal Agrapart Vénus Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Brut Nature 2018
To the eye – A pale gold robe with green highlights, of crystalline clarity, traversed by a ribbon of fine and persistent bubbles, like a silk lace.
On the nose – Aromas of crisp green apple, hawthorn blossom and citrus zests, followed by a hint of toasted brioche and a saline minerality, evoking sea spray.
On the palate – A lively and precise attack, carried by a taut acidity and a silky texture, where notes of ripe white fruits mingle, leading to a chalky finish of saline and luminous length.
Serve between 8 and 10°C in a tall flute or a white wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
