To the eye: A garnet robe with tawny reflections, of a silky density where light dances with a velvety subtlety.
On the nose: Aromas of wild blackberry and candied black cherry intertwine with notes of cedar, blonde tobacco and black truffle, carried by a saline touch reminiscent of the terroir's limestone.
On the palate: An ample and velvety texture, supported by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, stretching into a long, taut finish where gentle spices and stone fruits mingle.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
