- To the eye : A garnet red robe with tawny highlights, of a silky density and a brilliance subtly veiled by time.
- On the nose : First notes of black cherry and candied prune, followed by a hint of cinnamon and liquorice, before opening onto nuances of aged leather and a chalky minerality.
- On the palate : A velvety texture, carried by a lively acidity and a tannic structure still present, while aromas of sweet spices and undergrowth extend into a long and saline finish.
Serve at 16°C in a Bordeaux glass to reveal its full complexity.
