The Château des Tours Vacqueyras 2016, from the sandy soils of Vacqueyras, blends Grenache (80%) and Syrah (20%) for an elegant red from the southern Rhône. Notes of wild strawberry and kirsch, silky palate and lively freshness. To be kept for 8 to 10 years, it pairs beautifully with game and aged cheeses.
A family domaine rooted in Sarrians, in the Vaucluse, where the viticultural tradition has been passed down since 1935.
- Terroir: Sandy soils of Vacqueyras, between garrigue and the southern wind, shaping wines of a mineral elegance.
- Vinification: A precise and respectful method, combining long maceration and barrel aging to reveal the purity of the fruit.
