Discover Françoise Bedel Entre Ciel et Terre Extra Brut, an exceptional cuvée from the Françoise Bedel estate in Crouttes-sur-Marne, in the Marne Valley. Since 1979, this family-run business has been cultivating 8.4 hectares of biodynamic vines on a clay-limestone terroir to produce champagnes of rare depth and elegance.
This Extra Brut champagne is distinguished by a light dosage of 4 g/l, offering remarkable freshness and finesse. Its blend combines 30% Pinot Meunier for roundness, 30% Pinot Noir for structure and 40% Chardonnay for elegance. Vinified partly in oak barrels and aged on lees for 6 years, it reveals a unique aromatic complexity.
To the eye, its deep gold color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of ripe yellow fruit, such as pear and stewed apple, mingle with notes of honey and a touch of minerality. On the palate, it offers an ample texture, elegant vinosity and a lingering finish, marked by accents of citrus and sweet spices. Ideal with roast poultry or fish in sauce, this champagne embodies the biodynamic soul and excellence of Françoise Bedel.
