The Bonnes-Mares Grand Cru 2016 from Domaine Bart, sourced from the limestone soils of Chambolle-Musigny, is a Pinot Noir aged in oak barrels. Notes of dark fruits, espresso and spices, with a firm and silky palate, mineral and taut. Perfect until 2032 alongside duck breast or aged cheeses.

Tasting notes for Domaine Bart Bonnes-Mares 2016
To the eye: A deep purple robe with garnet reflections, of a silky and luminous density.
On the nose: Aromas of fresh blackcurrant and ripe wild berries, followed by notes of roasted espresso and bitter orange peel, lifted by a saline and mineral touch.
On the palate: A firm and precise attack, chalky tannins wrapped in a velvety texture, mineral tension and a long finish with accents of dark fruits and gentle spices.
Serve at 16°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.
