The Georges Roumier Bonnes Mares 2018, Grand Cru from Bonnes-Mares, is an organic Pinot Noir with aromas of black fruits, spices and chalky minerality. Aged with precision, it captivates with its silky texture, freshness and length on the palate. Ideal from 2025 onwards with duck or feathered game.

To the eye: A deep purple robe with garnet reflections, of a silky density and a brilliance that already hints at its complexity.
On the nose: First aromas of black cherry and wild blackberry, followed by notes of violet and liquorice, before a mineral touch, almost chalky, comes to underscore the depth of the terroir.
On the palate: A velvety yet taut texture, carried by a lively acidity and a saline minerality that stretches into a long and precise finish, where gentle spices and ripe fruits intertwine.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full expression.

A generous and structured vintage, where the summer heat ripened the grapes without compromising their freshness, yielding wines that are both powerful and balanced.
- Aging potential: To be enjoyed between 2025 and 2050, provided it is kept in a cool cellar (12–14°C) away from light.
