The Bonnes Mares Grand Cru 2005 from Domaine Arlaud, sourced from biodynamically grown Pinot Noir, draws its richness from the clay-limestone soils of Morey-Saint-Denis. Aged in new barrels, it combines red fruits, gentle spices, and a silky palate. Ideal with game, this wine is ready to enjoy.
A family estate rooted in the heart of the Côte de Nuits, where the Burgundian heritage is passed down with exigence and passion.
– Terroir: Clay and chalk soils, shaped by the Grands Crus of Morey-Saint-Denis, yielding wines of rare minerality and depth.
– Vinification: A traditional and organic approach, where indigenous yeasts and aging in oak barrels reveal the soul of the Pinot Noir.
Tasting notes for the wine Domaine Arlaud Bonnes Mares Grand Cru 2005
To the eye: A garnet red robe with russet highlights, of silky density and crystalline brilliance.
On the nose: A bouquet where fresh blueberry, tangy raspberry, and candied black cherry mingle, lifted by a touch of cinnamon and licorice, before ending on a chalky and saline note.
On the palate: A velvety and taut texture, carried by lively acidity and chalky minerality, with melted tannins that extend the finish into an elegant and persistent length.
Serve at 16°C in a Burgundy glass to exalt its purity and complexity.

– Aging potential: To be enjoyed from today, with a conservation potential of 10 to 15 years under optimal conditions (cool and humid cellar).
