Discover Jeaunaux-Robin Éclats de Meulière Brut Nature, an exceptional cuvée from a family estate in Talus-Saint-Prix, in the heart of Champagne's Petit Morin Valley. Since 1971, Jeaunaux-Robin has been cultivating 5.5 hectares biodynamically, using a unique clay-limestone terroir to produce champagnes of remarkable purity.
This Brut Nature champagne stands out for its total absence of dosage (0 g/l), highlighting authentic freshness and minerality. Its balanced blend combines 60% Pinot Meunier for roundness, 30% Pinot Noir for structure and 10% Chardonnay for finesse. Partly vinified in oak barrels and aged on lees, it reveals elegant complexity.
To the eye, its pale gold color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, stone fruit aromas of peach and lemon mingle with mineral notes of flint and a touch of brioche. On the palate, it offers a lively texture, precise acidity and a saline finish, evoking chalk and citrus. Ideal as an aperitif or with seafood, this champagne embodies the elegance and artisanal tradition of Jeaunaux-Robin.
