- Vinification: Traditional approach, favoring the precision and purity of Pinot Noir, without artifice.

To the eye: Garnet robe with tawny highlights, of a silky texture slightly veiled by time.
On the nose: Aromas of ripe morello cherry, damp undergrowth, sweet licorice and a touch of forest mushroom, lifted by a chalky mineral note.
On the palate: A tender and velvety attack, supported by a lively acidity and a saline minerality that extends into a delicately long finish.
Serve at 14-16°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.
