In the glass: A garnet robe with tawny hues, of a silky density, betraying both ripeness and freshness.
On the nose: Aromas of black cherry and blackberry intertwine with notes of undergrowth, liquorice and a touch of violet, all underscored by a discreet chalky minerality.
On the palate: A velvety texture, carried by a lively acidity and an elegant tannic framework, where flavors of candied fruits and gentle spices unfold, for a long and saline finish.
Serve between 14 and 16°C in a Burgundy glass to bring out its full complexity.
