Château Palmer 1996, a jewel of Margaux, is born on gravels where Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot express themselves. This wine, aged in barrels, offers blackberry, violet and vanilla. Its palate, fleshy and elegant, pairs with red meats or truffles until 2030.

On the nose – A bouquet where aromas of wild blackberry, faded violet and blonde tobacco mingle, lifted by a subtle touch of vanilla and a saline note, like an echo of the Médoc gravels.
On the palate – A fleshy and silky attack, carried by a lively acidity and a fine tannic framework, where notes of candied dark fruits, truffle and soft spices unfold, leading to a long and mineral finish of persistent elegance.
Serve between 16 and 18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
