Discover Pierre Deville Copin Pinot Noir Verzy Grand Cru Extra Brut, an exceptional cuvée from the Pierre Deville family estate in Verzy, Montagne de Reims. For four generations, this 5-hectare estate, run by Alban Corbeaux, has cultivated biodynamic vines on a Grand Cru terroir, sublimating Pinot Noir with passion and respect for nature.
This Extra Brut champagne is distinguished by a minimum dosage of 1 g/l, offering remarkable purity and tension. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, it comes from prestigious Verzy vineyards such as Les Queues des Loges and Les Chemins de Wez. Vinified 100% in oak barrels, it develops a unique complexity after long ageing on lees.
To the eye, its deep gold color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherry and raspberry mingle with spicy and mineral notes. On the palate, it offers a rich texture, lively freshness and an elegant finish, marked by a chalky minerality. Ideal with seafood or a refined aperitif, this champagne embodies the excellence of Pierre Deville.
