The Pierre Morey Bâtard-Montrachet 2022, a Burgundy Grand Cru, comes from the calcareous soils of Clos Poirier. This Chardonnay reveals notes of white fruits and citrus, with a chalky minerality. Taut and silky, it can be enjoyed from 2026 alongside roasted turbot or scallops.
A family estate rooted in the Côte de Beaune, where biodynamic rigour meets the heritage of an exceptional terroir.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils of Meursault and the Grands Crus of Puligny-Montrachet, shaping white wines of chalky minerality and rare precision.
- Vinification: Ageing in oak barrels, with an approach respectful of natural balances, producing cuvées that are both taut and profound.
