Discover Pierre Péters Grand Cru Cuvée de Réserve, an emblematic cuvée from Maison Pierre Péters, established for six generations in Mesnil-sur-Oger, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. This family estate, dedicated exclusively to Chardonnay, cultivates 19 hectares of vines on Grands Crus terroirs, producing champagnes of incomparable elegance and purity.
This Blanc de Blancs Brut is distinguished by a light dosage of 6 to 7 g/l, revealing a perfect balance between freshness and complexity. Made from 100% Chardonnay, this blend incorporates over 20 different vintages, enriched by a proportion of perpetual reserve wines begun in 1988, conferring depth and consistency.
To the eye, its pale gold color sparkles with fine bubbles and green reflections. On the nose, floral aromas of white flowers intertwine with notes of almond, fresh bread and citrus fruits such as lemon. On the palate, it offers a clean attack, a creamy texture and flavors of white fruit (pear, apple), supported by chalky minerality and a saline finish. Ideal as an aperitif or with seafood, this champagne embodies the quintessential Pierre Péters style.
