Heir to centuries-old know-how and a quest for excellence, this family-run house cultivates its vines on the prestigious terroirs of the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs, producing champagnes of rare elegance.
This brut champagne, with a dosage of 7 g/l, offers a subtle balance between freshness and richness. Its harmonious blend combines equal parts Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, all vinified in oak barrels. This method gives it a unique aromatic complexity, enhanced by 6 to 7 years' ageing on the lees, which enriches its structure and character.
To the eye, its brilliant golden color is punctuated by fine bubbles. The nose opens with aromas of dried fruit, citrus and white fruit, sublimated by toasty, buttery notes, the signature of its ageing in wood. On the palate, it seduces with its silky texture and refined flavors of brioche and sweet spices, prolonged by a creamy, persistent finish.
