The Chambertin Grand Cru 2006 from Domaine Trapet Père & Fils, crafted from biodynamic Pinot Noir from the Côte de Nuits, is aged in barrels. Aromas of strawberry, cherry and spices, a balanced palate with silky tannins and a mineral finish. A wine for aging, ideal with venison or bœuf bourguignon.
Five generations of winemaking passion rooted in Gevrey-Chambertin, where the terroir engages in dialogue with time.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Nuits, the cradle of Burgundy's Grand Crus, shaping wines of unique mineral depth.
- Vinification: A biodynamic approach, aged in oak barrels for a pure and vibrant expression of Pinot Noir.

Nose – Fresh wild strawberry and cranberry, evolving towards more intense notes of black cherry, dried tea and undergrowth, lifted by a saline touch and a hint of truffle.
Palate – A powerful and precise attack, melted tannins wrapped in lively acidity, chalky minerality and a long finish, where dark fruits, gentle spices and a subtle graphite bitterness intermingle.
