On the nose – First, aromas of candied black cherry and wild blackberry, followed by notes of undergrowth, liquorice and a saline touch evoking the limestone soils of the terroir.
On the palate – A supple and fleshy attack, carried by lively acidity and a chalky minerality, leading to a long and elegant finish where gentle spices and melted tannins intertwine.
