The Belair Monange 2020, Premier Grand Cru Classé of Saint-Émilion, reveals a terroir of limestone and blue clays. This wine, composed of 98% Merlot, captivates with its notes of dark fruits, spices and old rose. On the palate, silk and minerality are perfectly balanced. Ideal from 2030 onwards, with red meats or game.

Tasting notes for Château Bélair-Monange Belair Monange 2020
To the eye – a deep garnet robe of velvety density, where light reflects in crystalline glints.
On the nose – an aromatic palette that unfolds in layers: black cherry and wild blackberry in the foreground, followed by notes of dried rose and gentle spices, all underpinned by a saline, chalky touch.
On the palate – a silky, enveloping texture, carried by a lively acidity and a persistent minerality, leading to a long, saline finish where candied red fruits and a hint of liquorice intertwine.
Serve between 16 and 18 °C, in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.

A vintage marked by balanced ripeness and preserved freshness, yielding wines of remarkable tension and great precision.
- Ageing potential: best enjoyed between 2030 and 2055, under optimal storage conditions (stable temperature, controlled humidity).
