Belargus Anjou Treilles Monopole 2021 from Domaine Belargus: a Chenin Blanc from the Coteau des Treilles, a terroir of schist and limestone. Farmed biodynamically, it reveals aromas of white fruits and flowers, aged in barrels. A lively palate with chalky minerality. To enjoy with fish or goat's cheese, now or over the next 5 to 8 years.

To the eye: a golden robe with green reflections, of a silky clarity, betraying a dense and vibrant substance.
On the nose: aromas of tart apple, linden blossom and acacia honey intertwine, carried by a saline touch and a hint of flint.
On the palate: a smooth yet taut texture, where a lively acidity meets a chalky minerality, leading to a long and saline finish.
