The Marie Courtin Prestance Extra Brut 2021, Blanc de Noirs from Polisot, draws its character from the Kimmeridgian soils of the Côte des Bar. This non-dosed champagne, aged in amphora, offers a precise minerality and a silky texture. Ideal with oysters or grilled fish, to be enjoyed until 2030.
A family estate rooted in the hillsides of the Côte des Bar, where Pinot Noir expresses itself with rare authenticity.
- Terroir: Kimmeridgian soils of Polisot, in Champagne, shaping wines of a chalky minerality and a characteristic tension.
- Winemaking: Organic and biodynamic methods, aging in amphora to preserve the purity of the fruit and the precision of the terroir.

In the glass: Golden robe with green hues, of a silky texture and a crystalline brilliance that heralds a dense and vibrant body.
On the nose: Aromas of crunchy green apple, linden blossom, candied lemon zest, then a saline touch and a hint of wet chalk reminiscent of Kimmeridgian soils.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, carried by a taut acidity and a chalky minerality, leading to a long and saline finish, where notes of roasted hazelnut and ripe white fruits intermingle.
