A family estate rooted since 1797 in the prestigious village of Vosne-Romanée, where time sculpts wines of rare elegance.

- Vinification: manual harvesting, ageing in oak barrels — a pursuit of precision and purity to reveal each plot.
Tasting notes for Domaine Nicole Lamarche Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Les Suchots 2001
To the eye: a garnet red robe with tawny reflections, of a silky density and crystalline brilliance.
On the nose: aromas of black cherry and morello cherry intertwine with notes of undergrowth, liquorice, and a mineral hint of flint, like an echo of the terroir.
On the palate: a velvety texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, extending into a long and saline finish, where sweet spices and ripe fruits intertwine.
Serve between 14 and 16°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.
