To the eye: A garnet red robe with tawny highlights, of silky and deep texture.
On the nose: Aromas of black cherry, violet and undergrowth evolve towards notes of liquorice and truffle, underlined by a chalky touch.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, carried by a taut acidity and a saline minerality, for a long and elegant finish.
Serving temperature: 14–16°C – Burgundy glass.
