The Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Amoureuses 2014 from the Robert Groffier estate is an exceptional Pinot Noir. Born on limestone soils, it captivates with its aromas of red fruits and spices, its silky texture and its minerality. To be savoured through 2042 with duck breast or ceps.

Nestled in the heart of Morey-Saint-Denis, this family estate has embodied Burgundian excellence since the 19th century, combining tradition and precision.
- Terroir : Deep roots in the calcareous and marly soils of the Côte de Nuits, particularly in the mythical climat Les Amoureuses in Chambolle-Musigny, where Pinot Noir reveals its full finesse.
- Vinification : Measured barrel ageing (including a proportion of new wood), fermentation with whole clusters, for wines of taut elegance and chalky minerality.

To the eye: A pale ruby robe with garnet highlights, of silky clarity and discreet yet persistent density.
On the nose: First notes of morello cherry and wild raspberry, followed by a touch of peony and violet, before a spiced breath (white pepper, liquorice) gives way to a saline and chalky minerality.
On the palate: A velvety yet taut texture, carried by a lively acidity and a mineral backbone that extends into a long and saline finish, where candied red fruits and a hint of undergrowth intertwine.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.

A vintage marked by balanced ripeness and preserved freshness, ideal for expressing the purity of the Chambolle-Musigny terroir.
