Nestled in the heart of Meursault, this family estate embodies the pursuit of excellence from an exceptional terroir, where each cuvée reflects the heritage of an authentic and living Burgundy.
- Terroir: Limestone and marly soils of the Côte de Beaune, where lieu-dits such as Les Narvaux reveal a chalky minerality and characteristic tension.
- Winemaking: Organic approach with indigenous yeasts, aging in oak barrels for a pure and precise expression of Chardonnay, without artifice.

To the eye: Pale golden robe with green highlights, of a silky clarity and crystalline brilliance that heralds its freshness.
On the nose: Aromas of candied lemon zest, ripe Williams pear, white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) and a saline touch of crushed limestone, lifted by a hint of fresh herbs (fennel, tarragon).
On the palate: A satin-smooth and taut texture, carried by a vibrant acidity and a chalky minerality that stretches into a saline and persistent finish of linear elegance.
Serve between 12 and 14°C in a Burgundy glass to release its aromatic nuances.
