Château La Conseillante 1997, Pomerol, born on a clay-gravel terroir. A blend of Merlot (80%) and Cabernet Franc, aged in new oak barrels, it offers aromas of violets and red fruits. On the palate, silky and mineral, it pairs with game and roasted meats through 2025.
A family estate since 1871, this iconic Pomerol domaine embodies the alliance between tradition and precision, rooted in gravelly and clay soils.
- Terroir: Soils of grey clay and sandy gravel in the Pomerol appellation, shaping wines of mineral elegance and rare depth.
- Vinification: Manual harvesting, plot-by-plot vinification in concrete vats, then aging in oak barrels to preserve the purity of the fruit and the complexity of the terroir.
