Since 1930, Dehours & Fils has passionately cultivated 14 hectares of vines spread over 42 parcels, highlighting the Pinot Meunier grape thanks to integrated viticulture and precise vinification.
This Extra Brut champagne, with a low dosage of 4 g/l, expresses remarkable purity and tension. Made exclusively from Pinot Meunier, it combines two parcels with complementary characteristics: "Le Pâtis de Cerseuil", facing south, brings richness and maturity, while "Les Vignes dans le Bois", facing north, confers freshness and liveliness. The addition of reserve wines aged in oak barrels and long ageing on lees enrich the wine's complexity.
Its pale gold color, animated by fine bubbles, catches the eye. The nose reveals an elegant bouquet of mirabelle plum and ripe apple, enhanced by spicy and mineral touches. On the palate, a silky attack gives way to dazzling freshness and a gourmet finish, where red fruit and subtle minerality intermingle.
