Since 1930, this family-run business has cultivated 14 hectares of vines in 42 parcels, highlighting the region's emblematic Pinot Meunier grape variety with a respectful, reasoned approach.

This Extra Brut Champagne is distinguished by its minimal dosage of 4 g/l, offering incomparable purity and freshness. Made from 100% Pinot Meunier, it blends grapes from two complementary parcels: "Le Pâtis de Cerseuil" (south-facing) for ripeness, and "Les Vignes dans le Bois" (north-facing) for tension. A touch of reserve wines aged in oak barrels adds complexity and depth.

To the eye, its pale gold color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of ripe yellow fruits like mirabelle plum and apple intertwine with lightly spicy notes.
