Discover Fleury Blanc de Noirs Brut, a signature cuvée from Maison Fleury, a pioneer of biodynamic viticulture in Champagne, located in the Côte des Bar region since 1895. Committed to respectful viticulture since 1989, Fleury cultivates its 15 hectares with care, revealing the authenticity of Courteron's clay-limestone terroirs.
This brut champagne, with a light dosage of 6 g/l, offers remarkable freshness and expressiveness. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, it combines 75% recent harvest with 25% perpetual reserve wines aged in oak foudres, bringing complexity and consistency. After 4 years' ageing on lees, it reaches perfect maturity.
To the eye, its deep gold color with pink highlights reveals fine bubbles. On the nose, it seduces with aromas of ripe fruit such as peach and apricot, mixed with floral and mineral notes. On the palate, the attack is rich and vinous, evolving towards a lemony freshness and an elegant, slightly spicy finish. Ideal as an aperitif or with seafood dishes, this Blanc de Noirs embodies the tradition and delicacy of an exceptional organic champagne.
