This Champagne rosé de saignée Extra Brut from Celles-sur-Ource, made from Pinot Noir, captivates with its chalky and windswept terroir. Maceration of 24–48 h, aged 36 months on lees and solera since 2011. Fine bubble, mineral freshness, and pairings with seafood or fine charcuterie.
A family estate rooted in the hillsides of the Aube, where four generations craft terroir-driven champagnes with exacting standards and audacity.
- Terroir : Vines with a north-facing exposure, perched on a windswept hillside in Celles-sur-Ource, where chalky soils and a cool climate reveal the minerality of Pinot Noir.
- Vinification : Innovative methods – solera, short maceration, and extended aging – for champagnes that are precise, taut, and low in sulfur.
Tasting notes for the wine Pierre Gerbais Beauregard Rosé de Saignée Extra Brut
To the eye – A rosé robe with salmon-hued reflections, of a silky and luminous texture, like a veil of pink chalk on the skin.
On the nose – First, notes of wild strawberry and redcurrant, followed by a hint of orange blossom and a saline edge, like a sea breeze over red fruits.
On the palate – A lively and precise attack, where the mineral tension embraces the tart freshness of the berries, leading to a chalky and persistent finish, carried by a delicate salinity.
Serve between 8 and 10 °C in a champagne flute or a white wine glass to reveal its complexity.

A blend where each year dialogues with the perpetual reserve, for a champagne that transcends vintages and reveals an elegant consistency.
- Aging potential : To enjoy now or to keep for 5 to 8 years, in a cool place away from light.
