Based in Courteron in the Côte des Bar region, this family-run estate cultivates 15 hectares of vines on a clay-limestone terroir, favoring a respectful approach to nature to reveal champagnes of rare authenticity.
This Brut Nature champagne stands out for its total absence of dosage (0 g/l), offering a pure, vibrant expression of terroir. The blend combines 85% Pinot Noir for structure and vinosity with 15% Chardonnay for freshness and finesse, with a portion vinified in oak barrels. Aged for several years on lees, it gains in complexity.
To the eye, its pale gold color sparkles with delicate bubbles. On the nose, aromas of ripe yellow fruit, honey and acacia mingle with toasty, mineral notes. On the palate, it reveals an ample texture, lively freshness and a saline finish, evoking chalk and citrus. Ideal as an aperitif or with seafood, this champagne seduces with its natural elegance and precision.
