This Brut Nature champagne, with no dosage (0 g/l), offers a frank, mineral expression of terroir. Produced using a method similar to solera, its blend is based on 100% Pinot Noir from the "Le Murtet" parcel, blending several vintages (2012 to 2015) for a unique complexity. Vinified in oak foudres and aged on lees, it reveals remarkable depth.

To the eye, its deep gold color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of ripe yellow fruits such as mirabelle plum and peach mingle with spicy notes and a touch of siliceous minerality. On the palate, it reveals an ample texture, lively freshness and a powerful finish, marked by accents of candied fruit and gunflint.
