The Christophe Roumier Ruchottes-Chambertin 2015, a Grand Cru from Gevrey-Chambertin, is a rare Pinot Noir aged 16 months in barrels. Notes of cherry and spices, a vibrant and mineral palate. Perfect through 2050 with game or cheese.

To the eye: A deep red robe with garnet reflections, silky and luminous in texture.
On the nose: Aromas of black cherry, violet, and wild blackberry, lifted by notes of licorice and a chalky mineral touch.
On the palate: A precise and taut attack, where the vivacity of red fruits mingles with a saline minerality, leading to a long and elegant finish.
