To the eye – Pale golden robe with green highlights, of a silky clarity and mineral brilliance that already announces its precision.
On the nose – Aromas of fresh lime, acacia blossom, ripe white peach, followed by a hint of warm flint and a saline edge evoking the sea spray of the Loire.
On the palate – Velvety and taut texture, driven by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, with a long, saline finish where candied citrus and gunflint intertwine.
Serve between 10 and 12°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to reveal its full elegance.
