The Domaine Roulot Meursault 1er Cru Les Charmes 2014 is born from the limestone soils of Meursault. This Chardonnay, aged in barrels, captivates with its aromas of citrus, fresh butter, and flint. Rich and mineral on the palate, it offers an elegant finish. Perfect with shellfish or poultry, it will continue to develop until 2030.
A cornerstone of Meursault, Domaine Roulot has perpetuated for generations a family heritage where rigor and respect for the terroir shape wines of rare elegance.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Beaune, the Les Charmes climat — a Premier Cru where chalky minerality expresses itself with purity.
- Vinification: Gentle pressing, aging in barrels (with little new oak) to preserve the tension and transparency of the Chardonnay.
