The Marsannay Au Champ Salomon 2021 from Domaine Bart is born on the chalky hillsides of Marsannay. This barrel-aged Pinot Noir reveals red fruits, flowers and spices. A lively and silky palate, mineral and long. Perfect with game or cheeses until 2028.
Rooted in Marsannay-la-Côte for generations, this family estate embodies the understated elegance of the Côte de Nuits.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils on the hillsides of Marsannay, where Pinot Noir draws its minerality and tension.
- Vinification: Aged in French oak barrels, respecting natural cycles for precise and silky wines.
In the glass: Ruby robe with garnet reflections, of dense and luminous texture.
On the nose: Fresh wild berries and redcurrant, evolving towards minty and spiced notes, lifted by a saline and floral touch.
On the palate: A silky attack, fine and chalky tannins, lively acidity balanced by a persistent minerality – a long finish marked by citrus zest and a floral note.
Serve between 16 and 18 °C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its purity.
