The Marsannay Les Ouzeloy 2023 from Domaine Joseph Roty, crafted from Pinot Noir (65-year-old vines), expresses the chalky soils of Marsannay. Red fruits, spices and minerality come together in a taut and silky palate. To be savoured today or cellared for 5-8 years, with meats or matured cheeses.
