The Bart Marsannay Les Echezots 2021, a Pinot Noir from Domaine Bart, expresses the clay-limestone soils of Marsannay. Fruity (cherry, raspberry) and mineral, its silky and taut palate pairs beautifully with game or aged cheeses from 2025.

Tasting notes for Domaine Bart Marsannay Les Echezots 2021
In the glass: Deep ruby robe with brilliant reflections, of silky density and crystalline brilliance.
On the nose: Aromas of black cherry and fresh raspberry intertwine with notes of spiced plum, damp undergrowth and a saline touch, like a breath of wind over the hillsides.
On the palate: A precise attack and silky texture, carried by a taut acidity and a chalky minerality; the finish, long and persistent, leaves an imprint of ripe fruit and flint.
Serve between 14 and 16 °C in a Burgundy glass to release its nuances.
