The Marsannay Au Champ Salomon 2021 Magnum from Domaine Bart, 100% Pinot Noir, expresses the chalky soils of Marsannay. Aromas of dark fruits, violet and spices, with a taut and mineral palate. To enjoy now or store until 2030, it pairs with meats and aged cheeses.
A family estate rooted at the heart of Marsannay-la-Côte, where Burgundian tradition is passed down with rigour and passion.
- Terroir : Clay-limestone and marly soils of the AOC Marsannay, shaping wines of chalky minerality and taut elegance.
- Vinification : A precise approach, balancing respect for the fruit with measured extraction, for wines that are both structured and silky.
In the glass – A deep ruby robe with garnet reflections, of velvety density and crystalline brilliance.
On the nose – First, aromas of black cherry and wild blackberry, followed by hints of violet and liquorice, before a mineral note reminiscent of damp chalk.
On the palate – A silky yet taut texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, with a long finish where dark fruits and earthy notes intertwine.
Serve between 14 and 16 °C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its purity.
