The Marc Soyard La Cras Déprimeur 2025 red, born on the chalky soils of Burgundy, is a Vin de France made from Pinot Noir and white grape varieties, without sulfites. Nose of raspberry and morello cherry, fresh and luscious palate. Perfect for immediate or summer enjoyment, it pairs well with poultry and game.
Nestled at the gates of Dijon, this estate embodies the boldness and precision of contemporary Burgundy. Marc Soyard cultivates a vineyard where tradition dialogues with innovation, on limestone hillsides bathed in light.
- Terroir : Chalky and marly soils of the Côte dijonnaise, where Pinot Noir thrives under a semi-continental climate, shaping wines of vibrant minerality.
- Vinification : Natural approach — without additives or added sulfites — to reveal the purity of the fruit and the energy of the terroir.
To the eye: Clear ruby robe with a silky transparency, animated by garnet reflections dancing in the light.
On the nose: Brilliant freshness of raspberry and morello cherry, followed by floral notes of peony and a spiced hint of white pepper, all underpinned by a subtle chalky salinity.
On the palate: Light and taut texture, where vibrant acidity carries a luscious substance, evoking a sophisticated grenadine, before a mineral and persistent finish.
Serve between 12 and 14°C, in a Burgundy glass to capture the aromatic nuances.
A vintage marked by a generous 2023 harvest in fruit, where freshness preserved the balance and drinkability of this early-release wine.
- Ageing potential : To be enjoyed now for its joyful fruitiness, or to be kept until summer 2026 in a cool cellar (12–14°C) away from light.
