The Bourgogne L'Equilibriste 2022 Blanc (Domaine de la Cras) draws its minerality from the limestone soils of Burgundy. This natural Chardonnay, lively and precise, captivates with its citrus notes and silky texture. To be served now or kept for 2–3 years, it pairs ideally with oysters and light dishes.
A domaine rooted in the heights of Dijon, where Marc Soyard cultivates a Burgundian heritage with a natural and free-spirited approach.
- Terroir: Limestone and marl soils of Burgundy, bearing a chalky minerality and a characteristic tension.
- Vinification: Natural method, without artifice, for precise, vibrant wines faithful to their origin.
In the eye: Pale golden robe, with silky clarity and crystalline brilliance.
On the nose: Aromas of white flowers and fresh citrus, followed by notes of crisp apple and a saline touch, like a breath of damp chalk.
On the palate: Taut and elegant texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, leaving a long and saline finish.
Serve between 8 and 10 °C in a white Burgundy wine glass to reveal its full purity.
A vintage marked by beautiful grape maturity, offering balance and freshness without excess.
- Ageing potential: Best enjoyed in its youth (2 to 3 years) for its vivacity, stored in cool conditions away from light.
