The La Cras Bourgogne 2022 blanc, from the Domaine de la Cras, is born on the clay-limestone soils of Dijon. This Chardonnay, aged 18 months in barrels, reveals notes of citrus and flowers, a taut and mineral palate. Perfect with fish or cheeses, it can be kept for 5 to 10 years.
Nestled on the Coteaux de Dijon, this family estate embodies an exceptional terroir where the vine enters into dialogue with clay-limestone soils. Marc Soyard cultivates a precise vision here, combining Burgundian tradition with a respect for living matter.
- Terroir : Clay and limestone from the hills of Dijon, at 370 metres in altitude, shape wines of chalky minerality and rare elegance.
- Vinification : Manual harvest, ageing in used barrels and indigenous yeasts to reveal the purity of the Chardonnay without artifice.
On the eye: A golden robe with green highlights, silky and luminous in texture.
On the nose: Aromas of hawthorn blossom, candied lemon and green apple, lifted by a saline touch and a hint of flint.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, supported by a taut acidity and a chalky minerality; the long, saline finish leaves an impression of purity and balance.
Serve between 8 and 10 °C in a white Burgundy glass to appreciate its full complexity.
A vintage marked by early maturity and fine concentration, offering wines that are both fresh and structured.
- Ageing potential : To be kept for 5 to 10 years under optimal conditions (stable temperature, away from light).
